  • Week 7 of Getting in Shape: When Will the Transformation Happen?

     

    Yesterday was Day 50. Cardio day. I feel stronger. I'm eating healthier. Even my roomate says I've gotten thinner.  But I don't see nada

    I need to press forward. I need to be patient. But everytime I look in the mirror, I feel like my efforts are in vain.

    I want to continue this without supplements. But the more I look into the mirror, the more the idea tempts me.

    On a happier note:  My waist: 30in ---> 27in. Oh yeah!! 22" here I come bay-bay!!

  • Day 30: Cardio


    I HATE doing cardio. HATE it. 

    Out:
    (8am-9.30am)
    19 min HIIT
    500 crunches
    200 side stretches


    In
    M1= cottage cheese w/peppers. 1/2 grape fruit.

    Meal2- sandwich: wheat bread, tomato, lettuce, turkey slices

    Meal 3-turkey sandwich, same as above.

    M4- Tuna. Baked potato with olive oil.

    M5-Tuna. 1/2 grape fruit.

    On a better note, I'm so thankful that I've done the first 4 weeks of the Body-for-Life Program! Now it's just another 4-5 weeks til I see the payoff.

  • Still Going Strong

     

     

    Thank you so much for you support ladies!

    I'm on day 13 of 84 of my challenge.  All's going very well.

    Until two days ago.

    I lifted too many weights (25 lbs), and now I can't move my right arm. It hurts. Bad. I hope they give me a pill that'll knock me out cold.  But after all this, I'm still gonna keep going.
